I'm trying to see how many seats I'll need to remove to fit the guide wire in basically. The lines ends up miles (and I mean miles as I always draw 1:1) away! I thought I could use 'attach' from top of pole to the red square but this does not work in the 3D space very well either. I have used the rotate tool but can't place the object in 3d space as it always ends up well off and its very difficult to get the length of the guide correct.

I'm trying to draw 'guide wires' from the top of the red pole to the red marks on the floor, load points. Would someone please be able to explain how I draw a angled line in 3D.
